The "Park" Holiday Show

Do you recollect or enjoy unusual things with a holiday flair? Or the things that Grandma and Grandpa had? Then come "buy the past" at the annual Wausau "Park"Antique Show & Sale! The show is held at the historic Marathon Park in the East Gate Hall. Upon entering the show you will be reminded of the old-fashioned small shops with with items and gifts from yesteryear. There will be 35 select booths, including crystal and china repair on site and a clock restorer. Spend the day finding your treasure, or maybe a priceless memory
The Midwest Dealers bring their best antiques -- some they have saved for this very show! Featuring a variety of wonderful furniture, rare primitives, art originals, Native American articles, jewelery, pottery, sports, hand tooled metalware, early paper, majolica, stoneware, advertising & sewing items, flatware, toys, trunks, textiles, and much more! This will be a wonderful opportunity to shop for your own collection or for the Holidays.
A lucky person will win a $50 gift certificate, so be sure to sign up! There is free parking and the Humane Society of Marathon County will sell delicious sandwhiches and chile to benefit their many good works for the shelter. The admission is $4.50 and is good for booth days, with under 16 being free.
Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
From the North, South, and East, take exit 192 off of highway 39/51 and go half a mile East to the Park and you are there! Or, if from the West, take E29 to highway 52 (Stewart Ave).
